Media ReviewsPlay 'Night Mother comes to Goucher CollegeThe MFP and the Maryland Psychiatric Society are co-sponsoring the play 'Night Mother on October 4, 2003 at Goucher College. The critically acclaimed drama by Marsha Norman is about a mother's struggle to prevent her daughter's impending suicide. A lecture designed for healthcare professionals begins at 6:30pm and the play itself begins at 8:30pm. The discussions are being headed by Dr. Ray DePaulo, Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins and expert on BiPolar Disorders and Lisa Covington, founder and President of SPEAK, a Baltimore based suicide prevention organization. Tickets cost $35 for professionals planning to attend the lecture and play or $15 for the general public seeing only the play.
